Meet Ashley Winchester

Ashley is an American writer and editor whose personal motto is “never stop learning.” These educational goals brought her to Denmark and England, where she completed a joint master’s degree in journalism, media, and globalization from Aarhus University and City, University of London. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, BBC Travel, and American Way magazine, among others. She now lives near Aarhus with her boyfriend, 60-kilo French mastiff, and soon-to-be twins.
