UX Developer
I grew up in the quiet town of Lithgow at the base of the beautiful Blue Mountains in NSW, Australia, but I’ve called Newcastle home for the past 14 years. I’ve been fortunate to experience the wild Australian bushland, hiking in canyons and up mountains as a kid, but nothing beats an afternoon Newy beach swim in the summer.
I love to solve problems and make things work, which is why my role as UX Designer at World Nomads is a bit of a dream. I get to spend my time finding out (from you) what helps travelers have the best experience when they engage with us. And, if something’s not working, how can we make it better? Ultimately, the better the experience we design for you, the more time you have to enjoy your travel adventures.
When I travel, I seek out that sense of wonder from seeing those places that just make your jaw drop. One of my favorite travel memories would be when I backpacked in Spain. Seeing the Alhambra nestled into the hills, with the Sierra Nevada mountains as a backdrop, was seriously something else. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
