    Your Air Doctor may be able to electronically prescribe your medication for pickup at a chemist local to your location abroad. Before your consultation, check with your GP to ensure they can issue a valid prescription for your location. Any medication the treating doctor writes you a prescription for will be incurred at your own cost.

  • How do I make sure I’m accessing Air Doctor through my insurance?

    To check if you're using Air Doctor with the right insurance: 

    • Look for your insurance company's logo on the main screen of the app. 
    • Tap the top left menu and select “My Coverage.” 
    • Double-check that your coverage is still active by reviewing the policy dates.
