When you buy World Nomads travel insurance, we always email your policy certificate and the policy wording to you.
You can always access your policy certificate and policy wording at any time just by signing in.
In your membership, choose your policy number to see all of its details and obtain all of your policy documents.
If you purchased as a guest and you also have a membership, the policy won't show up in your membership. You'll need to be in touch with the service team, advise your policy number and they'll be able to merge your policy into your membership.

Your policy documents are always stored in your World Nomads membership.
You can sign into your membership at anytime then after selecting your policy number you can view or print your policy documents.
