As a family festivity, the idea is that everyone participates. The sheep mount is one of the activities for the children. The one that stays longer on top without falling is the winner.

Rider (or gaucho) competing. To obtain the highest score and win the rider must not only ride an untamed horse until the bell rings (12 seconds) but also his horse, spurs and elegance will be evaluated.
