Sâdhu - The many gods - This Sadhu represent the beauty of the pilgrimage. He is welcoming us with a hand gesture called Abbahya-Mudra. Like many other sadhus he is probably coming strait from the Himalayas. I meet him during the night, just crossed his path and probably smiled at him.

Rituals - It's 4 am in the morning. Nonetheless, the flow of pilgrims keep growing. This sadhus is doing a ritual in the middle of the fog. The public lightings shade a yellow light on the scenery. The dust and haze enhance the mystic atmosphere.

The King Procession - I'm following the procession trying to capture the most out of this moment. Some cops are biting me with wood sticks asking me to join the crowd aside.

Take a break - A lonely kid walk on the opposite side of Sangam. In his back, the crowd is gathering at the border or the river. Between Mauni Amavasya Snan and Paush Purnima the crowd will double every days.
