There are 32 women working in the cooperative in Imi N'Tlit. They spend 8 hrs a day crashing argan nuts in order to extract the so preciuos oil.

The cooperative has been created and managed by Taraabt. With her strengh she contrasted the restrictions of berber culture.

The sense of community is very strong among the women. The eat, pray, sing and also play together.

Women has to care of their children too. So some of them bring their ones in the cooperative not to leave them alone at home.
