Once you've started your claim online, the insurer, Inter Partner Assistance S.A UK Branch, who manages your claim, will advise of any documents you need to submit with your claim, which can be uploaded with your claim.
If you have a question about your claim or need to send documents offline (for example, if you don’t have them to submit online or prefer to send by email), please contact the claims team.
Once you've started your claim online, we’ll tell you what documents you need to submit with your claim. They can be a clear photo or scanned copy, which you can upload with your claim.
Remember
Photograph each page separately.
Digital documents must be no larger than 5Mb each.
Check the quality of the image and make sure we can read them.
If it shows your credit card or bank account, do block out the identifying numbers to protect your security.
We accept the following file formats (max 5Mb per document):

TXT (Text)
