If the dates are changed by the operator of your tour and you aren’t able to travel on the new dates proposed to you, you may be eligible for benefits. Depending on the reason for the date change, you may be covered under Trip Exchange, or one of the other benefits included in your travel insurance plan, such as trip cancellation. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions.
Make sure you have all of your documentation together if you need to submit a claim. Always save all of your correspondence – and make sure it shows the new dates of your trip, as well as the costs associated with the date change. You’ll also need your original receipts showing what you paid. Once you have everything together, you can log in to your member account online to start a claim.
